Mental health problems are only now starting to no longer be seen as a stigma, but there is still a long way to go. I have family members and close friends who have or still are suffering from mental health problems. 

I am going to be active (probably run) everyday in January to raise money to support Mind in their mission. I only started running in the last quarter of 2019 so why not try running 31 days in a row?

Mind uses it's donations to help those who suffer and those who care for them so no-one suffers alone. Anything that you can spare will go a long way.
