This January, I have signed up to participate in RED January, a fundraiser organised by the mental health charity Mind. Their cause is very close to my heart, as I have close friends and loved ones who have suffered and still suffer from mental health conditions. 

I will be running every day next month to raise money to support Mind's vital work. Any amount you can spare, no matter how small, will contribute to achieving Mind's goal to remove the stigma surrounding mental health and ensure those who need support don't have to suffer in silence. Thank you.
