Our much loved summer relay makes a return on Saturday July 9th 2022 and this year we are fundraising for the amazing bigmoose charity. Bigmoose #project1million aims to raise £1 million by the end of 2022 to provided timely mental health therapy to those that need it. This event is open to the whole worldwide running community - we'd really love for you to join us for this fun event and help raise money for much for this great cause, wherever you are based!

From 7am to 7pm teams will have a runner running at all times, so each team will run for 12 hours. This is a virtual event so take part from wherever you are in the world just remember it starts at 7am British Summer Time :-)

Split up the time slots however you wish - you can have 24 runners running for 30 minutes, 12 runners running for 60 minutes or 6 runners running for 2 hours (or in the case of some of our members who happen to be taking part in Race to the Stones on the same day - 1 runner for 12 hours!)

during lockdown we were providing therapy for lots of people and were told by five people that without our intervention they would have ended their lives.due to early and impactful intervention 5 people were still alive. 5 families weren't grieving and the world still had these amazing humans in it. we listened to people's stories & one thing that we kept hearing was that the therapy & intervention that people needed was taking too long and was inaccessible for so many. and so, just like that, project 1 million was born. throughout 2022 we are aiming to raise £1,000,000 which will be used to provide therapy and early intervention for people.this is a huge goal and we cannot do it alone. our goal is to help people with their mental health, prevent suicide and reduce homelessness. we will achieve our goal and we will save lives. in 2020, 5224 people killed themselves in england and wales. this project will help to reduce this number. we hope you will join us.
