So after not having done any 'challenges' recently I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and training in the cold to run the Big Half to raise money for Magpie Dance.

 Magpie Dance is a local dance charity for people with learning difficulties. Adam has recently started dancing with them which allows him to participate in dance activities he wouldn't normally have access to. They receive no government support and rely on generous donations to continue providing these amazing opportunities to people with learning difficulties from age 8+. Please give what you can, much appreciated as always.
