Claire, Wilma, Dee and Cee are taking on the March into Spring Challenge to help raise funds for and awareness of our wonderful wee charity, Forget-Me-Not Club.

Forget-Me-Not Club provides dementia support within Aberdeenshire to people living with not only a dementia diagnosis, but also their carers. Founded in 1999, FMNC has gone from strength to strength and is now well established in Banchory, Upper Deeside, whilst also offering services to others across Aberdeen City and Shire. 

As we continue to provide our respite day-care, outreach, pop-up and virtual sessions, we also look to expand our service by offering accessibility to more people in the area who would benefit from our help.

With over 7000 people living with a dementia diagnosis within NHS Grampian (5500 in Aberdeenshire) and many yet awaiting a diagnosis, it is important that FMNC can offer a little help to individuals and families when required.
