A team of 100 brave firewalkers are aiming to raise £20,000 to bring more smiles and fun to over 1,400 disabled children across the South East!

Story

On the 23rd September I have managed to sweet talk Vicky, Greg, Chris and my lovely cousin Lisa to walk on fire of burning coals at 800 degrees in aid of the fabulous Charity Challengers who I work for. (result)

Challengers run amazing Play and Leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people aged 2-25 years old. We currently support 1,400 disabled children and young people in the South East. Our schemes include Pre-School, Play, Youth and Young Adults, which all run an incredible range of activities from getting messy, baking, creating art and turning our sensory room into a spaceship! Challengers has a non-exclusion policy which means any child or young person can come and play, regardless of the severity or level of their impairment.

We each have a fundraising target of £80 however we would LOVE to raise much more so please donate to our poor feet in aid of Challengers!

Thank you!

About the charity

All children need to play, but for disabled children it is essential to help them reach their full potential. Challengers provides numerous play schemes for disabled children from across the South East. However, there are hundreds of children missing out every day and your gift can help them play.
