As you know I suffer from ME/CFS , this illness has changed my life for ever. I am lucky to attend a rehabilitation programme with the specialist clinic in York.  The Yorkshire Fatigue Clinic, they are helping me learn to live my life with M.E. Please help me raise awareness about the condition and to raise a small amount for the M.E association so they can help the thousands of people who suffer with the condition.  I am one of the lucky ones and I manage to get out of bed and function most days.  There are people who can't get out of bed they can't even lift their heads up off the pillow.
