Story

So, here it is…

Team Yoga Fire are en route to a Yoga catastrophe! We're embarking on a journey of a lifetime across India in January 2011. We start in Jaisalmer in Rajasthan in the North and hope to make it in one piece to Kochi (Cochin) in Kerala in the South 2 weeks later where we hope to indulge in a game a cricket with the locals followed by a cup of chai!

Oh, but there's a catch: We have to drive ourselves the 2000+ km in a Rickshaw, basically a 150cc, 3-wheeled moped with a roof! I know what you're thinking, and the answer is 'Yes, we are crazy'.

Here's the good news. Its all for charity :-)

The charity which will be benefitting from our outrageous adventure will be Frank Water Projects. Frank Water Projects is a small charity that funds sustainable, safe, clean drinking water projects in developing countries around the world. To date, Frank Water has funded 30 projects in India, bringing clean water to more than 200,000 people and many more projects are currently under development. In a world where more than 4,000 children die every day from a lack of clean water, it’s clear that help is urgently needed.

So, we, Team Yoga Fire, are looking for your support in helping us to raise £1000 (hopefully more) for Frank Water Projects so that people less fortunate than ourselves have access to clean, localised, water sources.
