The challenge itself takes place on September the 26th in the , , and consists of the following:

• Mountain bike 50km through open hills and ancient Caledonian pine forest

• Canoe 3km on one of the park’s most beautiful lochs

• Run for 10km including an ascent of an 800m mountain peak

• Test your navigational and team working skills

We really feel that this is a wonderful challenge and a great opportunity to make a difference to some peoples lifes by a bit of hard work and effort on our part.
