Story
Hi Friend/Acquaintance/Random!
So instead of spending Sunday 25th April in the correct way (battling the forces of hangover with a kilo of fried food) I and a few thousand others are charging 26 miles around the mean streets of , the Docklands, and finally along Embankment, taking part in the London Marathon. To be honest, the bit that scares me the most is not the distance, the early start, or the humiliating prospect of getting overtaken by the rear end of a cow - it's having to go to south of the river
While doing this I hope to raise some money for the Dorothy House Hospice, a fantastic care home who look after those with life threatening illnesses back home in . They help to look after the emotional side as much as the physical side of those with life threatening illnesses, to give them and their families the best quality of life possible.
Donating this way through Justgiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a taxpayer. And it means I dont have to come round after with a baseball bat demanding payment.
So please dig deep and donate now. For those trying to spot me, in case the BBC decide not to have a film crew follow me round, get down to the route where your support would be very much appreciated.
Thanks for visiting my page
Tom
PS As extra incentive, I will only tell you the answer to this once you donate
There is only one Underground station with none of the letters from the word Badger in it. Which is it?
