Story
This year, I am running the London Marathon in memory of my sister, Abbie.
In 2023, Abbie tragically passed away following an epileptic seizure at just 29 years old. She was a much-loved daughter, sister and friend, with a bright spirit and a huge impact on everyone who knew her. Her loss has left a profound hole in our lives, and running this marathon is my way of honouring her memory and keeping her story alive.
I am proud to be running on behalf of Epilepsy Action, a charity that provides vital support, information and advocacy for people living with epilepsy and their families. They work tirelessly to raise awareness, improve understanding, and ensure that those affected by epilepsy have a strong voice and access to the help they need.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help Epilepsy Action continue their essential work and will mean more to me than I can put into words. Thank you for supporting me, remembering Abbie, and helping to make a difference for everyone living with epilepsy.
Thank you for your support
