Being diagnosed with cancer 4 times the latest Dec 2022, undergoing chemotherapy, heart failure and living with cancer for 6 years has tested me emotionally and pushed me to my mental and physical limit.

I am lucky as I have had support from, my family and friends and the family of the ‘Royal Marines’ through it all.

After the 2 cancer I started cold water swimming and immediately noticed the positive benefits for both my mental and physical well-being.

I want to raise money for charities working in 3 areas, Military, Cancer and Mental Health. The RMA cover all 3 but I wanted to help children and young people with cancer as well.

RMA - The Royal Marines Charity exists to help the entire Royal Marines family. Offering a range of services to both serving, veterans and their families.

Young Lives vs Cancer is a leading UK cancer charity for children, young people and their families. Its care teams provide specialist support across the UK
