This July, I'm taking part in the Naijaid UK 250,000 Steps Challenge to help raise funds for a cause that is making a real difference in Nigeria.

Naijaid UK trains university students, community members, first responders, and healthcare professionals in life-saving First Aid and emergency care skills. They also donate much-needed medical equipment to healthcare facilities across the country.

Last year, the organisation trained hundreds of students, community members, and healthcare professionals, while also donating essential hospital equipment to improve patient care.

I'm supporting their goal to raise £20,000 so they can expand their training programmes, support more healthcare workers, and provide more life-saving resources where they are needed most.
