The Lowdown is a Mental Health Charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11-25 year olds in Northamptonshire. They offer a caring environment where young people are always supported in their journey towards positive emotional health and wellbeing.

They believe no young person should experience mental health issues alone.

There services include Counselling, Information, Advice & Advocacy, Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, Youth Groups and Sexual Health Services. The Lowdown is accessible to all, welcoming, non-judgemental, safe, responsive, and adaptable.

The work they do is both lifesaving and life changing!!!
