Organised by The LowdownThis year is the lowdown's 35th Birthday! To celebrate and raise funds we have a team of supporters 'Leaping for the Lowdown' to raise money for our vital services supporting young people in Northamptonshire with their mental health and wellbeing.
The Lowdown is a Mental Health Charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11-25 year olds in Northamptonshire. We offer a caring environment where young people are always supported in their journey towards positive emotional health and wellbeing.
We believe no young person should experience mental health issues alone.
Our services include Counselling, Information, Advice & Advocacy, Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, Youth Groups and Sexual Health Services. The Lowdown is accessible to all, welcoming, non-judgemental, safe, responsive, and adaptable.
