The Lowdown is a Mental Health Charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11-25 year olds in Northamptonshire. We offer a caring environment where young people are always supported in their journey towards positive emotional health and wellbeing.

We believe no young person should experience mental health issues alone.

Our services include Counselling, Information, Advice & Advocacy, Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, Youth Groups and Sexual Health Services. The Lowdown is accessible to all, welcoming, non-judgemental, safe, responsive, and adaptable.
