Jack and I are heading to Nepal for 2 weeks this November to embark on a trek deep into the Annapurna region to Lake Tilicho (4919m), one of the highest accessible glacial lakes on earth. There we’ll attend the world’s highest full moon party alongside our friends at The Live Crew and The Tribe Experience.

I'm an outsidey person, not an outdoorsy person. I like leisurely strolls that end with a pint in a country pub. So this is not my bag. Jack loves exercise, activities and anything new so I'm relying on his golden retriever energy to get me through this.

As much as this experience will be an unbelievable accomplishment and a great story the grandkids will be bored of, the real purpose is to raise money for the Girls Empowerment Programme in Nepal.

Jack and I are surrounded by incredible females including our new baby niece, so we understand just how important it is that girls get the opportunity to show up in their life how they choose and the GEP is supporting just that.

In partnership with The Last Night A DJ Saved My Life Foundation, the funds raised from this trek will go towards completing the construction of the Girls Empowerment Centre. When it opens, the Centre will be a permanent safe haven — a place where girls can learn, grow, and build futures free from fear. A place built not just with bricks, but with belief, collaboration and seven years of transformation.
