Story
This September, dad and myself are taking on the Why We Run 250km Ultra Trail.
We’re doing it to raise money for Big Moose, a brilliant charity that provides fast, accessible mental health support. They help people get therapy when they need it — often within a week — and their focus is on improving mental health, preventing suicide, and helping people back into work.
Mental health affects everyone at some point, and Big Moose are making a real difference in getting people the help they need, when they need it.
250km isn’t going to be easy — it’s going to be tough, but that’s the point. We’re putting ourselves through this to support a cause that matters.
If you can spare anything to help, it’ll go directly towards funding therapy and changing lives. Thanks for the support.
