This fundraiser is in loving memory of my mum, Jane, who passed away in January 2015 due to alcohol-related illness.

Jane was truly one of a kind. A larger than life personality who left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her uniqueness, warmth, sunglasses and sari’s made her quite unfortgettable.

Alcohol has played a complicated role in my life, and I’ve come to understand how important it is to foster healthier relationships with it. That’s why I’ve chosen to support Alcohol Change UK, a charity dedicated to helping people reshape their relationship with alcohol for the better. Making drinking Alcohol, or Sobriety, a conscious choice.

The funds raised through this effort will go toward programs and resources that empower individuals to make informed decisions about alcohol, providing support for those who need it most.

This cause is deeply personal to me, and I hope to honour my mum’s memory by making a positive impact on not only my life but anyone else who feels the pangs of wanting to change their relationship towards alcohol.
