I am part of The Lowdown's Advisory Board and I am so excited to be doing a charity skydive to raise money so they can continue to do brilliant work and offer life changing services for young people across Northamptonshire.

The Lowdown is a Mental Health Charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11-25 year olds in Northamptonshire. They offer a caring environment where young people are always supported in their journey towards positive emotional health and wellbeing. The Lowdown believes no young person should experience mental health issues alone.

The Lowdown's services include Counselling, Information, Advice & Advocacy, Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, Youth Groups and Sexual Health Services. The Lowdown is accessible to all, welcoming, non-judgemental, safe, responsive, and adaptable.
