Story
On 31st Jan - 1st Feb 2026, Robin & Hannah O'Neill are taking on the 24-hour ATHX Challenge to raise vital funds for our industry charity, NABS.
ATHX is designed to test strength, endurance, power, and speed — pushing participants to their absolute limits. While the standard competition lasts 2.5 hours, our challenge is far more demanding. We are basically taking out the rest periods, condensing the event into a shorter time and will complete the course eight times in 24 hours, working in pairs: 1.5 hours on, 1.5 hours off, around the clock.
This will be an extraordinary test of resilience and determination — qualities that closely reflect the work NABS does every day. We would be incredibly grateful for your support through donations.
Over the past few years, we’ve taken on several fitness challenges together, but nothing for charity or on this scale — and nothing with such deep personal meaning. In recent years, we have both lost colleagues, including one very recently. Because of this, the work NABS does holds profound significance for us, and for everyone working across the advertising and media industries.
NABS exists to advance mental wellness within our industry, ensuring that people can access the help and support they need to move forward. Through their free advice line, therapy, and financial grants, they provide a lifeline when it’s needed most.
Last year alone, NABS supported more people than ever before, responding to a record 20% increase in demand, including:
- 14,000 accesses to NABS services
- 5,200 calls to their free, confidential Advice Line
- 1 in 5 callers requiring mental health support
Every single penny you donate will go directly to NABS, helping them continue to support the wellbeing of those working in advertising and media.
Together, we’re unstoppable. 💛
