I’m taking on the 24-hour ATHX adidas challenge—a test of strength, endurance and mindset that pushes you to your physical and mental limits. ATHX isn’t just a workout; it’s a relentless series of power, speed, conditioning, and resilience drills designed to break you down and build you back up. Over 24 hours, it becomes a battle of grit, focus and mental toughness.
And that’s exactly why I’m doing it.
NABS is the charity that exists to advance the mental wellness of our industry so that we can all get the help we need to move forward.
They provide free mental wellness support for our industry via their advice line, therapy and grants.
Last year, NABS helped more people than ever as the world gave us complex challenges to deal with, with a record-breaking 20% rise in demand for their services, including:
- 14,000 times people accessed NABS' services
- 5,200 calls to their free, confidential Advice Line
- 1 in 5 callers in need of mental health support
