Story
In September this year, I will attempt to complete five ultramarathons over five days, totalling 250km with approximately 6,000 m of elevation gain. I will be raising money for BigMoose, a mental health charity that provides fast and effective therapy for anyone in need, when they need it.

Why, you ask?
As those close to me know, I live with anxiety (generalised anxiety disorder) and depression. It’s something I have to manage constantly with medication, exercise and weekly therapy sessions.
I’m incredibly grateful to have access to therapy, it’s taught me invaluable skills to deal with my emotions and how to cope when things get on top of me. I've experienced the NHS waiting lists, and I know how lonely & scary it feels when you can't get the help you really need.
The work bigmoose does saves lives, and to be able to raise funds to support their work & help others means the world to me.
How you can you help or support?
– Run with me: Anyone based in London, i’ll be doing lots of long runs (3–5hrs) over the summer and I'm gonna need as much support as possible.
– Tell 5 people about BigMoose. It might save someone’s life. https://bigmoosecharity.co/
– Donate: Every penny is appreciated
Thank you for your support, and if you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out.
