Kamal & Tazeen are taking their girls to cycle the London to Brighton for Kidney Care.

Our family will be cycling next Sunday with Amar, his family and friends, who is inspirational with his determination to exercise along side his kidney dialysis.

Our girls will be great at cycling and way ahead of myself even though I cycle more often than them.

Please pray I keep up and don’t let ongoing aching calves and achilles take over!!!
