We're challenging all Northern colleagues to a step challenge over the ‘7 weeks of summer’ to see who can beat us. If you think you can, get a team of 7 people together and take on the challenge!

At the end of the 7 weeks, we'll make a donation to the MND Association for every team that manages to beat us.

We're also challenging teams to raise more money than us, so encourage your friends and family to sponsor your team.
