**Register your team by 12 noon on Friday 18 July to take part.**

The challenge started on Monday 21 July but the deadline for registration has been extended to Friday 25 July, for anyone who wants to sign up. The challenge will run until Sunday 7 September.

The challenge...

Take on the Director team to see who can do the most steps over the ‘7 weeks of summer’. If you think you can beat them, get a team of 7 people together and take on the challenge!

At the end of each week, your team captain will need to send in your teams combined step count and a leaderboard will be published every Monday. At the end of the 7 weeks, the director team will make a donation to the MND Association for every team that manages to beat them.

Our director team are also challenging teams to raise more money than them, so encourage your friends and family to sponsor your team. Once you’ve registered your team, you’ll receive a link to your own team fundraising page to help you keep track of this.

As well as having the pride of beating our directors and the other teams at Northern, there will also be prizes up for the grabs for the two teams that either do the most steps or raise the most money.
