I am delighted to be running the TCS London Marathon in aid of Challengers on Sunday 26th April 2026! Challengers are passionate about providing play and leisure opportunities to all disabled young people, to enable them to have fun, make friends and try new activities while also providing vital respite for families!

My middle son Charlie has Down Syndrome, Autism and ADHD. He enjoys going to respite sessions at Challengers, as he has 1-2-1 support and different fun activities are arranged for him to participate in.

The sessions are subsidised to enable families to access the safe, secure and social sessions for their child, who otherwise might not have access to play places without their family being with them. Challengers also provide several family stay and play events throughout the year, enabling families who have a child with a disability to have fun together.

I would be very grateful for any donation that you can afford to support Disability Challengers, as we receive such great support from them for the fun sessions that Charlie attends and for us to receive some respite.
