The trustees of Friends and Families are teaming up to take on this year's 24/7 Advent Challenge.

We will each be completing at least 7,000 steps a day for the 24 days of Advent.

The money we raise will help Friends and Families continue to provide vital advice, support and training to parents of children living with disabilities; to host great activities that can be accessed by all members of the family; to give young carers the opportunity to have fun, some time to themselves and to focus on just being children.
