The Beder Challenge looks to open up the conversation around suicide prevention as, sadly, 5,197 people took their own life across the UK and Wales in 2020.

This is less than in 2019 which is encouraging but we still need to keep working hard to open up the conversation, overcome the stigma and reduce this statistic!
