I will be walking the 830kms Camino Del Norte in memory of my cousin Tom and to raise money for 2 charities; First, the British Heart Foundation; and secondly, Orchard Vale Trust. Tom passed away 3 days before his 40th birthday with Sudden Death Syndrome. There was no warning; it was like a light switch had been turned off. OVT provides care homes for 32 residents with major learning difficulties.
