We focus on less intrusive cancer treatment to be more accessible and more affordable

Story

We are a band of Nick's colleagues and friends at Xero. Our friend Nick is a cancer survivor and Ambassador for the Gilles-McIndoe Research Institute. The GMRI is focused on making cancer treatment less intrusive, more accessible and more affordable. In short, they think there is a better way. Nick has a passion for the GMRI and demonstrated it through his own fundraising by completing this Mt Fuji Summit Race. This challenging and gruelling race was 21km long and climbed 3,776m in elevation.

Nick is facing a new battle and to inspire him to face this bravely we've dreamt up this fundraiser for his favourite group. We hope that by fundraising for his favourite cause we will motivate him in his treatment and recovery. Please join us by donating, sending shout outs or watching our teammates complete their own fitness challenges. We've each set our own fitness goals so check out Strava feeds to see how we are doing. You can make a donation by donating directly to the team or by selecting an individual teammate and donating through their page. We are just grateful for your support.
