The Paddle Group is a non‑profit, volunteer‑led organisation, founded by former Royal Marines.

Our mission is simple but enduring: to provide a psychologically safe, expedition‑based environment where individuals can reconnect, rebuild confidence, and experience what we call the “Green Reset” - time spent operating as a team in challenging natural environments.🤝

Our fundraising is delivered through a calendar of UK and international paddling events, ranging from one‑day commemorative paddles to multi‑day expeditionary journeys. 🌍🛶

These events are designed to challenge participants physically and mentally, while also honouring military heritage, remembering those who have served before us, and raising public awareness of the ongoing needs of the Armed Forces community. 🕊️🎖️
