Who We Are:

We are a diverse team of 25 runners with ages ranging from 25-50. Our running group consists of 5 runners - Sebastian, Danielle, Daarek, Michael and Alan - who have learning disabilities alongside friends and family of varying running experiences.

Why are we running?

94% of people with learning disabilities are unemployed. We are running to change this. We represent diversity, equality and inclusion and want to show just what people with learning disabilities are capable of! Not just running marathons but how they can be skilled workers and are valued members of our communities.

Where will donations go?

50% of donations will go to the Goed Life charity that works to fund training, supported internships and care for people with learning disabilities. In light of the events in Ukraine, the Goed Life has decided to donate the other 50% of the funding raised for this event to Inclusion Europe, which supports people with learning disabilities fleeing the country.
