Raising money for Ovarian Cancer Action

Thames Path Challenge 2021 · 11 September 2021 to 12 September 2021 ·

We are Ovarian Cancer Action. 🩵 As the UK's leading ovarian cancer research charity, we’re working to change that. By finding new and better ways to prevent, treat and detect ovarian cancer, we will ensure a future where no woman dies of ovarian cancer.

Story

On the 28th September 1995 Hazel Tapp lost her battle with ovarian cancer and we lost our Mum aged just 52.

Twenty five years on, over the weekend of 12th - 13th September, we will be completing the Thames Path Challenge, a 100 km walk from Putney to Henley-on-Thames. We want to honour our Mum's memory by raising money to fund research into the disease and to raise awareness of ovarian cancer.

Thank you for visiting our page and for your support.
