As voted by XMA staff, our Charity of the Year 2026 is Nottingham Central Women's Aid.

As a local employer in Nottingham, we have deep roots into the Nottingham area and so supporting organisations in the the area are central to our social value goals.

Nottingham Central Women’s Aid, support women and children escaping domestic abuse — with emergency refuge, support services, and a path to a life free from fear.

Throughout 2026, we will be fundraising with a goal to raise £10,000 for the charity, as well as building a lasting partnership to educate and spread awareness of NCWA essential work.
