Prostate Cancer is now the number one diagnosed cancer in UK. 1 in 8 men (1 in 4 if you are black or have family history) are diagnosed in their lifetime. That’s 50,000+ mean every year - fathers, husbands, brothers, close friends etc - of whom, like me are caught too late to be cured.

That is why I’m taking on this huge challenge 4.5 years in to a 5-8 year prognosis. Aged 59 and with only circa 10% of my testosterone levels due to my daily treatment this will be extremely tough - but NOT because of my cancer! With the amazing support of my wife in particular, family and friends I want to raise awareness of the cancer, it’s risks, drive testing and raise valuable funds to support those going through this terrible experience, to create a screening program and for vital research.

Net I want to help prevent other men and their families from going through the same journey as mine and to give hope to those who already are.
