A group of family and friends coming together to do something out of our comfort zones. We have all struggled or are struggling with our mental health or know someone close to us who is or has struggled.

Sadly - we lost a close family friend just after Christmas to mental health and would like nothing more than to raise awareness to help others struggling with their mental health.

We are also doing this hike in memory of the loved ones we have lost over the years.
