Andy and I are doing a 25 km walk at Easter to raise money for Alzheimer's Society in memory of my mum who lived with the disease for 9 years and passed away two years ago. As a result of her dementia she missed sharing family events that would have made her proud and, in particular, knowing her two great grandsons which would have been two of the biggest joys in her life.
