At Step Teachers, our values of Honesty, Professionalism, and Hard Work guide everything we do — in education and beyond. This year, we’re proud to mark our fourth year of partnering with a national charity, and we’re thrilled to be supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) in 2025.

Over the years, our team has taken on incredible challenges to raise funds: from scaling the three tallest peaks in England, Wales, and Scotland, to running the London Half Marathon, braving the Tougher Mudder, embarking on long-distance dog walks, and hosting office BBQs. Each event has been a celebration of teamwork, resilience, and community spirit.

This year, we’re opening the door even wider — inviting our teaching and support staff to bring their own fundraising ideas to life. Whether it’s a bake sale, a sponsored silence in the classroom, a creative arts auction, or something completely unique, we want everyone to feel empowered to contribute in their own way.
