1 in 5 children in the UK are affected by their parents' alcohol problems. They are often frightened and isolated, with no one to turn to for help. Nacoa responds by providing a free, confidential telephone, 1-2-1 chat and email helpline.

Team Nacoa are raising funds and awareness for children affected by a parent's drinking this Summer.

100 Nacoa runners to for the London Olympic Park 10k on 11th July 2026. We’re celebrating a special year of fundraising inspired by Chasing Yesterday.

Come and be part of a resplendent day of fun, exercise, community and team fundraising!

Run 10 kilometres in a family friendly, supportive atmosphere. Raising funds and awareness for children affected by a parent’s drinking.

The team will be led by stars Calum Best, Josh Connolly, Ian Stringer, Rt. Hon. Jonathan Ashworth CBE and Scott Murdoch.
