Event: Marathon Walk London, on 10 September 2022
On Saturday 10th September, the DSUK community will be stepping out together to take on the Marathon Walk London - a full 26 miles (or 13 mile option) of stunning city scenery, including world-famous landmarks and some lesser known wonders.

Story

On Saturday 10th September, Team Alger are doing a marathon walk in aid of Dravet Syndrome . Both I and Olivia have the pleasure of spending time with our crazy mate Jacob. Jacob has Dravet, one minute we might be playing and the next Dravet rears its head and its oxygen , being comforted and monitored while Dravet does its thing. Can last a few seconds , minutes or longer thats the unpredictableness of Dravet. We are helpless to stop it, just have to make sure hes safe, monitored and ambulances are called if necessary and hes just our friend, imagine if that was your child, sibling or grandchild....... jacob ia an amazing little dude and we could all learn a lot from him but his family is frigging amazing.

please donate as much or as little as you can to help Dravet Syndrome UK support our friends and other families that deal with this on a daily basis
