Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Four members of the Hadingham family are attempting to walk 46 miles in a single day for a range of charities.
Jack Hadingham is completing this walk for Bookmark, a charity helping children develop the reading skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. Bookmark wants to ensure every child can read, and our work has never been more important. The impact of COVID-19 has meant 380,000 children were stuck in lockdown without a single book, and there is an unprecedented number of children needing support.Even prior to school closures, eight children in an average class would leave primary school unable to read well.
Andrew Hadingham is raising money for Parkinson's UK as it is a charity close to his heart with past and current family members suffering with the disease. Parkinson's is a progressive neurological condition. This means that it causes problems in the brain and gets worse over time. It is thought that around 145,000 people live with Parkinson's in the UK and it's the fastest growing neurological condition in the world. By donating to Parkinson's UK, you are helping them continue their 50 years of research and edging closer to a cure every day. As well as providing information and supports to sufferers and their carers.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.
Every pound raised is supporting a great charity. Thank you for your donations, the Hadingham family.
