On 9th July, Team OppO will be taking part in UK Challenge - 3 days of physical and mental challenges across the Brecon Beacons.

The OppO Foundation are raising money to support Ex military personnel in their quest for gold by providing specialist training and physiotherapy. They want to inspire others to follow their lead and use sport to regain physical health, mental strength and a purpose in life. A great many military personnel have returned home with a disability suffered in the course of serving their country. With a little support they can do it. #TeamOppO
