Liv, Kat, Marta and Sam from Thrive Group are braving a bed of glowing hot coals and taking on a Firewalk for local mental health charity SWEDA, who support people of all ages affected by eating disorders. .

Any donation you can give will help us reach our £500 target, with every penny going to the SWEDA, helping them with their vital work across the South West.

If we can get to at least £500 - and hopefully way beyond! - that would make a huge difference.

Reaching our target would cover a 1-to-1 counselling/therapy session AND a support group session for up to 6 people. Going beyond our target will help even more people recover and rebuild their lives.
