5/9/19 - we have just over two weeks to go before our event. We are raising money to keep the Brighton Hove & District branch of Samaritans open 24/7 365 days a year, please support us if you can, thank you.
30 brave volunteers are abseiling down the i360 for Samaritans, Brighton Hove & District because funds raised will see our branch keep (ab) sailing
The charity i360 abseil will be raising funds for your Brighton, Hove & District Samaritans branch and will take place on Saturday 21st September
We have 30 people taking part in the abseil, we are asking each person to raise a minimum of £500
We are hoping to collectively raise £15,000 to help keep our branch sailing along (get it?) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing this valuable service to the local people of the Brighton, Hove and District area.

Our Branch is a community in its own right and reflects the diversity of the community our volunteers are drawn from.

We will tailor our services to the specific needs of our community with emphasis beyond the national network by becoming highly visible and involved locally.
Our catchment area for volunteers and callers includes the city of Brighton & Hove, along the coast to the west as far as Shoreham, along the coast east as far as Newhaven, and over the South Downs to the north including Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lewes and Uckfield, plus the surrounding villages.
