We've joined together to raise money for Oxfam who are doing invaluable work in Syria.

More than a million refugees have now fled into neighbouring countries since the onset of the crisis in March 2011. Those who have fled are in desperate need of shelter, food and water. Oxfam and other agencies are working tirelessly to provide services to the constant influx of new arrivals.

Trailwalker began in 1981 as a military training exercise for the elite Queen's Gurkha Signals Regiment in Hong Kong. It has since grown into one of the world's leading team endurance challenges.

With 16 events in 12 countries and counting, Trailwalker is fast becoming a worldwide phenomenon. Globally, the events have raised more than £60 million for Oxfam's valuable work around the world. In 2012 more than 22,000 people collectively walked over 2.2 million kilometres (the same distance as walking around the world 55 times!), becoming great ambassadors for Oxfam's work and aiming to raise over £10 million.

Remember: Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never share them with anyone or send you unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. They'll make sure Gift Aid (an additional 25%) is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, too. That means more money goes to the charity, faster, with JustGiving.

So please dig deep and donate now.
