Thanks for visiting the Team Crick Fundraising page. We are Gary & Lee Crick, two teachers who decided to cycle from John o'Groats to Lands End in our school holidays a few years back for charity. We selected Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, for no real reason than that is resonated with us as teachers of young people.
Fast forward eight years and Gary's son, and Lee's nephew, Noah was undergoing open-heart surgery at Great Ormond Street at the age of 17 months! Noah has progressed very well and is now a very healthy little boy - thanks to the amazing staff and resources at GOSH.
Since then we have commited to some further fundraising for GOSH - and it has also kick started our sibling rivalry to raise more than each other!
We are grateful that our local schools and communities have been very supportive of us in raising money for GOSH with a great number of people getting behind our efforts.
