On Sunday 30th June, an exciting new event is happening and you are taking part in it! On your own or as part of a team you will be swimming the crystal waters of Pembroke Bay, cycling a picturesque circuit of the Island, then running or walking the same route clocking up an impressive 44.25 miles.
