Thank you for visiting. Here you can read a little bit about my walk and the charity I am doing it for. It would be great if you could sponsor me online and help reach my target of £1000.
My charity, Aidis, works to give disadvantaged, disabled people the opportunity to communicate, learn and live more independent lives through ICT. Aidis works with people who often need specialist computer adaptations so that they can get the most out of their computer. As well as giving equipment, we provide technical assessments, installations and ongoing support, all for free.
To help support the work we do, we decided to hold our first Aidis event! Our walk across Hadrian's Wall should really take around six days to complete, but we've decided we can make it in three (no stopping for pub lunches and greasy caffs).
Our collective aim is to raise £10,000. I have a personal target of £1000, and would really like to come close to it, despite our late start (my excuse is I've been honeymooning in the South of France with Clauds)
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The Aidis Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Thanks so much for your support.
