We estimate that 20% of children and young people in underserved neighbourhoods are at risk of exclusion, being in neither education nor employment, being at risk of mental health crisis or requiring social care. But we can do it better - we can identify children and young people at the tipping point of need and connect local systems of support that helps them navigate their unique social, emotional, and academic challenges before they hit crisis point.
